Bentley Continental GT shock absorber leaking – any proper experts in Dubai?

I noticed some fluid on the garage floor under my 2016 Continental GT last week and when I took it to a local garage they said the front left shock is leaking and needs replacement, but they quoted me a price that seemed way too high for what should be a straightforward job. A friend who owns a Flying Spur mentioned that I should look for Bentley shock absorber replacement experts because these cars have active suspension that needs proper calibration after any work, otherwise you’ll get warning lights and a harsh ride. Has anyone here actually used a specialist in Dubai that can replace the shock and recalibrate the system without charging dealer rates? I’m in Emirates Hills but willing to drive anywhere that won’t mess up the electronics. Just want the leak fixed and the car riding smooth again without breaking the bank.
